Born is the King of Israel!

HAPPY MONDAY!!!!  Wasn't it a beautiful weekend?  It was here in Jasper!  You know what they say, when you're in Indiana, if you don't like the weather, JUST WAIT AWHILE!  It changes so often!

My card is using Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps images from a set called the SHEPHERD BOY which also includes three sentiments/verses!  GO SEE THAT!  {For details of my card, go to my blog HERE!}

I sometimes wonder if people really put some thought into my cards... besides the green and gray papers implying ground and sky, 'NOEL' is the sentiment, right?  Well, how does the song go?  "Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel, Born is the King of Israel!"  So, I thought this card was a wonderful scene for the sentiment "NOEL" to be put at bottom!

I love how this card turned out!!  I am READY for Christmas!

Have a very blessed day!

  1. I love the title of your post! Yes, the Noel and Born is the King of Israel are perfect together and what a great description using the image you did! Gorgeous card!!!!

  2. Beautiful Nicole! I love how you highlighted the images in the circles!

  3. Absolutely love it! And the sentiment is perfect as is your color theme. I love the muted type of colors. I really LOVE the dewdrops leading the the bright star which leads the eye to the shining star! Absolutely beautiful. :-)

  4. Nicole, this is gorgeous! I really like how you made the star a separate piece in the layout. The color combination you used and the path of jewels really lead the eye to the star -- fantastic effect. And I agree, "Noel" is such a perfect sentiment for this.

  5. This is so lovely and serene. Love the additional sparkles.

  6. THis is just darling -- such a peaceful and gorgeous scene you've created! Wonderful holiday card :)
