Daisy Princess

I can't believe how quickly this month has gone by & that this will be my last post as a guest designer for Sweet 'n Sassy Digis. I want to thank the Sweet 'n Sassy team for the opportunity to showcase their amazing stamps!

This week I chose Daisy Princess for my card - I printed her on neenah paper and coloured the image with copics. I added some tiny twinkles in the centre of the flowers for some bling. The ds paper is from imaginisce's Lucy Bird line. The punch is Fiskars apron lace; this is one of my favourite punches. I added some white ribbon and a button.

Hope you have a great day - thanks again for letting me be a part of the Sweet 'n Sassy team!

Peek A Boo...

I love this image of Cocoa hiding behind the rock; reminds me of when I was a kid & we hid behind some huge rocks at our cabin (and then of course jumped off them!)

Peek-a-boo Cocoa is cut out with a rectangle nesties and coloured with copics. For the centre of the flowers I used some pink doodlebug crushed velvet flock and then added some pink mircrofine glitter. On the lady bugs spots I used a pitch black atyou spica pen. The paper is from my stash of Basic Grey called Phoebe and I used an EK success punch.

I am having a great time with these digi images; I can't believe next week will be my last post!

Thanks for stopping by

A Precious Baby Card

I am so thrilled to be a guest designer for SNS digi stamps this month! I am new to digi stamps, but find I love the freedom they give you & I love the designs at SNS!

I am thrilled to show you a sneak peek from Thursdays release - Precious Baby. I love this image & my first thought was to make a gender neutral card, but as you can see I didn't do that, this is at total girl card!!
I coloured the image with copics and added some glitter in the flowers on the tree. On the hearts I used a red atyou spica pen, and on the lady bug I used a pitch black atyou spica pen. I paper pieced the bows on the tree, this is one of my favourite techniques because is adds dimension to the card. I added some tiny rhinestones to the centre of the flowers (I like bling and glitter!)

See you next Tuesday
