Turtle Thank You!

Good Morning!

Today I have a circle card with cute Turtle from Gifts from Turtle clear stamp set (these sweet images are also availabe in digi format). I wanted to try a new Copic coloring technique, called Stippling. It's basically dotting the colors on... First I colored the image the usual way, then did some stippling. What do you think?

To make my circle base, I used Lacey Circle die from Spellbinders (I also used Circle and Rectangle dies). The texture plate is Swiss Dots from Cuttlebug. I am still smitten with beads, so I added some to the end of the white thread that's tied to the button.

The cute sketch came from The Sweet Stop, SSS91. I just used it on a circle shape.
Thank you for visiting!

Customer spotlight Sunday

Our customer spotlight Sunday is brought to us today by Holly Brown. I just the love how pretty and calming this monochromatic card is. Holly used one of my favorite sets for her card today called Serene Silhouettes. This set contains 4 beautiful scenes and some accessory stamps as well. Thank you so much Holly for allowing us to share this beautiful card today!

The Best is Yet to Be...

Hi there! Hope you are having a great start to your weekend! I'm working today, but I wanted to share another Sweet 'n Sassy card with you! I'm having a great time being a Guest Designer and showing off their great stamps!

I love this open butterfly from the Everyday Miracles stamp set and I paired it up with these great colors from the Color Throwdown this week. I colored it with Copics and cut it out using the Spellbinders circle dies. I followed the Sweet Sunday sketch, but realized I probably should have stamped my butterfly a little higher in my circle. Oh well, I kept this one pretty simple...not too much embellishing since the beauty is really in the image! My sentiment is from the Love Sentiments set.

I hope you have a great day and stop by the Sweet 'n Sassy store to see what's new!

There is still some time to get in one the Free stamp sale, just spend $25 and get a free stamp set from a hand-picked selection.  Have fun shopping!

Birds & Roses

Today I have a card for you, using Birds & Roses from Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps. I labored (with love) over this card. I colored the image with the copics pictured below.

I cut out my focal image with a circle nestie, layered it with another circle nestie and then the Lacey circle nestie. I also added some Ranger stickles to the center of the roses. It is topped off with a creamy silk bow. Thanks for stopping by today and check out the
store for some great products. Take a look at the colored digis. Awesome!!!
